Can't subscribe spotify

Hello, I had a problem with spotify. Every time I try to create an account there is this message "you're not connected, please try again". But even when I changed the connection or to try it on phone, computer, tablet, nothing works. One day by miracle it works. But 10 seconds later when I try to create account for the rest of family it stop workig again. Someone can help me with this problem ? (Starts 4 months ago something like this) . And register with facebook doesn't work too.

If you're having troubles creating an account, we'd first suggest trying a different device. 

If that still doesn't help, it's worth a try in an incognito or private window in your browser.
