Can't update cardinfo for payment details

Hi! I'm having problems changing my payment details. I got a new Visa cardf and have to change the expiration date. But every time I try I get this message:

Could not update payment details

Sorry, we could not update your payment details.

What should I do?

You should get in touch with the spotify support team by using the online contact form.

If you get an auto reply back directing you to the help pages, just reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the employees will get back to you as soon as possible.

Easiest way to fix this is to normally cancel your current subscription (don't worry you will still get all of the premium/unlimited time you have paid for) then completely remove your old card and then add your new card as a completely new card.
