Can't upgrade to premium

Can't upgrade to premium

I keep getting a message saying I already am subscribed to an offer but I'm on free. It won't let me upgrade

Can you take a look at your Subscription page and let me know what it says?

It says premium now as I clicked on a 7 day trial. Apparently because I paid for one of my kids subscriptions with PayPal I can't use that for payment on another account.
Seems weird you can't use same payment method ?

That is odd. It should allow you to use the same PayPal account for multiple Spotify accounts. If it still isn't working after a few more tries, let me know and I can patch you through to Spotify support.

 

Also, have you checked out Spotify's Premium for Family subscription? You can pay less to have your whole family on Premium with that plan 🙂

Yes I think I will subscribe to Spotify family - much cheaper 🙂
