Cancel before 30 day trial

Cancel before 30 day trial

Hello, I got Spitify 30 day trial on February 21st and was told to cancel before March 21st so I would not be billed. So I canceled it yesterday and I receives a receipt saying I had 1 month Premium for $9.99. Why is it saying this when I cancelled it. Will I billed on my phone carrier? I have Sprint for the iPhone 5

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

As this is a billing query, you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to look into your account and payment history for you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
