Cancel my subscription

I would like to just simply cancel my subscription. I've spent hours trying to figure out how and I have not ran across an solution that works even the steps that are listed on the spotify website.

You should be able to cancel your subscription here:

https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/

If you don't see the option for it, please contact Spotify Support:
https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/
Select these Options:
Subscriptions -> I want to cancel my Premium subscription and switch to Spotify's free service -> I still need help
If they will reply with a no-reply email, reply to it, even though it is a no-reply.
