Cancelled my spotify premium account a day before renewal, still charged me $9.99!

Cancelled my spotify premium account a day before renewal, still charged me $9.99!

I've sent a couple of contact forms and communities posts, still no replies. My spotify premium was going to renew on 10/28/12.
I cancelled it about an hour ago at 10:49 P.M. here in Meridian, MS. It is still 10/27/12 as of right now here, and it is 11:49 P.M.
I haven't used the service. I deleted my app.
I cancelled my subscription.. Still it says in my receipts as well as my Navy Federal account, that I was charged $9.99 USD for 10/28/12...when it isn't even that date yet...and I cancelled well before it.
What the hell is going on? You guys really are letting me down. If I don't get a response within a day...I'm going to contact my bank and issue a complaint.

Thank you. I don't know what is up. I'm sorry for going off last night...I was just very frustrated. I appreciate your help though. Something must be wrong with the time zone, because when I posted last night, it was 11:20 P.M. Where I live, but it says I posted at 4:53 A.M. ...I would never be awake at that time.

Wait, actually I didn't email into your payments team. I emailed a contact form explaining my problem.
And they still haven't responded.

Submitting through the contact form is the correct thing to do 🙂 

You should have got an automated email reply with a case number in it. If so then your case was submitted successfully! 

 

The team can be quite busy at times but someone will get back to you as soon as possible 😉
