I cannot access my account. I've attempted to reset my password, and it says an email has been sent, but no email arrives in either my inbox or my **bleep** folder. I still have the email from the day I signed up, so I know it is the correct email address to check. I need to cancel my premium subscription, but I cannot if I can't access the account.
Also, I did not sign up through iTunes (I don't even own an Apple device). Mentioning that as I've seen that answer throughout the community.
