Hi @enrgyzap thanks for posting in the Spotify Community!
If you're using the Spotify desktop app then when signing in you'll only need to use your username rather than the full email. For example rather than userperson@emailaddress.com you would just enter userperson.
Hopefully that will help you get in to your account and back to listening to music!
