Cannot acces the premium package

Cannot acces the premium package


Here's what we got from you: I purchased the premium package and I had trouble with the website identifying that I am a college student and once I was acknowledged as a student I received an email and I used the link from the email to the payment page from the website and I already purchased the premium package because I checked it on my bank statements and I was charged and I cannot acces my premium account and I do not want to be charged twice and I would like to speak with someone soon.

I checked my account and it says $4.99 is pending
