Cannot cancel subscription

I tried to cancel my subscription by going through the "cancel your subscription" link but by the very end of it it just says "Uh Oh, Something Went Wrong." I've been trying for 2-3 days by now and I even tried it on different browsers and computers. Any solutions?

Hi @jlu-11,

That doesn't sound good. Can you try canceling again after you've cleared the cache and cookies memories in your browser? Another step would be to cancel in an incognito window or a different browser altogether.
