Cannot change country after hacked account

My previous account under my email was hacked, and the email associated with it was changed. I’m using the family Spotify premium, so the premium on that account was cancelled and now I’ve recreated my account under the original email. However, I’m currently away in Cyprus, and as I created my account here and not in the uk where the original account was I cannot link the two. I tried changing my location but it didn’t give me the option to change it to anything other than cyrpus. Any help?
