Cannot change payment method

I am trying to change my method of payment, but am having trouble doing so. I used to have a student, account, but since I am no longer a student, I pay the regular subscription fee. When I try to change my credit card information, the screen prompts me to enter my CC information, and then next prompt screen is entering my school information to verify that I am a student to receive the discount, since I am no longer a student, it is obviously unable to verify this information, and errors out, NOT saving my updated credit card information. I have tried this process several times with the same results. Please help.

That's odd. I'd suggest you cancel your current subscription and then, as soon as you revert back to the free ad-based version, upgrade again with the new payment method. You can find the steps on how to cancel here.
