Cannot listen on multiple devices

Hello, I have a spotify family account, when I send the link to a family member, and they try to log in, it says they are already logged in, and we cannot all use the account at the same time.

Members of a Family plan need to have their own Spotify account to be able to join a Family plan 🙂
