My Question or Issue

I cannot log into my account, though I know that my login information is correct. I get a message displaying "The username or password is incorrect (Error code: auth: 2)" I've posted this from a separate account.

Thanks for posting on the Community about this.

 

Make sure you follow what @OneByBoo advised and if you see no change you can send us a screenshot displaying the error message you receive. This can help us look into the issue in a deeper detail. 

 

In the meantime, try logging in to your Spotify account using a different network. That way you can check if the issue you're experiencing might be connection-related.
