Cannot login to Spotify Program

I can log in to my Spotify account in a web browser, but to listen to music a program was installed on my computer. This program asks me to login but won't accept my login credentials. I have reset my password twice, both times the new passwords works in Chrome but nowhere else.

Do you've tried to use your username instead of your email address in the login process?
