Cannot login

Hi there,

I have Spotify installed on my mobile (Samsung A5 (2017)). It worked yesterday and today Spotify told me that I was not connected to the internet, which was false. It now asks me to log in, although I never logged out but it is not working. I can type my username/email address (tried both) and my password and click on Log In. I've got "logging in..." on the screen and nothing happens. And I wait and wait and nothing happens.

I've uninstalled the App, restarted my phone, installed the App, restarted my phone. Three times. And no success.

I am connected on my laptop so my account is valid and I've checked my username and password, which are fine. I don't have my account linked with Facebook so can't explore that avenue.

Any suggestion? It's not the first time that happens...

Hi Marine

Had the same problem.

This is what I did.

Step 1.... Delete the app from your phone.

Step 2... Install app mode botton on your computer( through the spodify account) to your sign on email account.

Step 3... What a few minutes ..You should then see the spotify app on your phone.

Step 4... Click on it with the option (Listen on phone or Android..there are a few

options.
