Cannot redeem family invite on iphone

I have set up Spotify family and sent out 3 ivites. 1 was an Android, and the other 2 were ios. The Android had no problems using the link and getting connected, but the iphones are not working at all. No matter how we try and redeem the codes, an error message comes up.

Any suggestions?

Hi @Cargramrod, welcome to the Spotify Communtiy!

Well, my first suggestion is that you try redeeming the codes using another device - a computer, or even the Android mobile (just log in the desired accounts and log out after redeeming the code).

If it works, then just log in the iOS devices and they should be fine 🙂
