Cannot upgrade subscription

Cannot upgrade subscription

Help! I've had my seven-day trial and now I'm trying to sign up for the 30-day trial prior to subscribing to the Premium service. However, whenever I click on "Get Premium", click on the 30-day trial option and the payment type, I'm taken to a screen which *says* "Enter card details", but is completely blank! I've tried this now from my mobile, iPad and PC, always with the same results.

 

My 7-day trial has now expired. HOW DO I GET PREMIUM???????

I have the exact same problem. Also tried with my mobile, tablet and pc with no success. Pls correct this asap.




Hi. Is this happening when you go in from the upgrade page? Mobile browsers seem to have problems but a PC should work fine. Could you maybe try a different browser on your PC?

Whatever the reason for the error was, now it's gone and I was able to upgrade with no problems on my mobile. Next time I'll try to be more patient and try again later 🙂

Must have been a temporary glitch. Glad you got it sorted and welcome to Spotify 🙂
