Cant link account with facebook

Hello.

I recently got spotify premium, and wanted to link my facebook with it...but it tells me that its associated with another spotify account. How can I disassociate my facebook from whatever account its associated with?

Got this problem too! Tried to unconnect by finding 'social' on the app to disconnect, but there is no 'disconnect button'

Yeah! I still have control over my facebook, so maybe at some point (probably alcohol induced), I might have clicked it, but there should be a simple way to disassociate my fb in the case that it wasnt me.
