Cant play music

I received Spotify free through my phone plan in December for two years. I just upgraded my phone yesterday and now I can't do anything on my account because it's telling me I have to buy premium? Uhm help please that's ridiculous.

In this case, we'd recommend you getting in touch with your service provider. They can help you activate your Premium subscription once again.

Hi, I did contact my service provider and they told me I had to contact you
guys because on their end everything was still fine.
