Cant upgrade, still being charged

Hi.

Have been Spotifycustomer for some time. Had to close my VISA card due to scam attempt, then tried to change my card details in spotify account. Did this several times since nothing happened with those commercials.

Im still getting charged full price (49nok/month) but still havent a upgraded account (still have advertising)

Dont want to call the bank to block spotify from my account (this is related to my new card, thus Spotify have recieved my details). This is my last hope, no help here and i will cancel any transfer related to Spotify.

As this is a payment issue, you can submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify will be able to sort this out for you.

Since this is a payments related question, you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to look into this further for you. Normally when you are paying but not getting any benifets it is because you have accidentally subscribed or are logging into a duplicate account. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
