Card charged, but receipts in spotify are not there, and account became 'free'

Card charged, but receipts in spotify are not there, and account became 'free'

Hi, I've been paying for about 15 months now, and never had a problem. My card got charged monthly, and still is being charged. The last time was 8th of May, and before that was the 8th of April. My account got changed to free about two weeks ago. The last receipt that I can see in my spotify receipts is from the 10th of March. Spotify Support doesn't answer me. 

 

Please help 😮

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

Did you use the online contact form?

 

if so, make sure to reply to the automated response (even if it's from a no reply) and someone from Spotify will get back to you.

 

If you have, feel free to let me know your case number (#series of numbers) and I'll escalate it to the staff for you.

Are you a German customer? 

 

If so, Spotify are aware of some payment issues with SofortDauerautfrag payments over the past month which might be effecting you. If that is the case, get in touch as Anthony suggested above and the payments guys can lend a hand to get you back up and running again.
