Change Country Setting When No Drop Down List Appears

I live in the US, but my account shows the country as UK on my PC.  I am unable to change it back to US. When I click on United Kingdom, no dropdown list appear for countries.

I originally accessed this account through Facebook and it is still accessible on my Iphone.  I changed my FB password, but it did not help me access the account on my PC.  I deleted the old app and shortcut and tried to download a new one, but all I get is a black screen when I open the folder.

How can I correct the country setting and get the app to download and open on my PC?  Thanks.

Hey @sanalibe, thanks for getting in touch!

Just to check, does your internet connection have a VPN or proxy running? If so, we'd recommend turning it off and trying again.

Could you also make sure you're following these steps, from an incognito window?
