Change Country on the account

Dear all,

       i applied for premium family but it is not possible for my wife to accept the invitation. After several attempts i found out that the probably might be related to the fact that my account is registered in Malta (MT) while we live in Italy (i was probably in Malta when i first joined spotify). I tried to change the country in my account but I can't because the option is locked. I also tried to change the payment details as per instructions but it is still locked (see attchment)

How can I change the country in the account from Malta to Italy?
