Change Discover Weekly Photo

Why do I seem to have the inability to change my Discover Weekly Playlist photo? It should match my profile picture but it does not. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have noticed a delay in mine updating too sometimes. My best recommendation is to sign out of your devices and see if it resets when you log back in. This seems to force a resync whenever I have changed mine via Facebook. I don't know of any actual way to update/change it yourself.
