Change Subscription immediately

Hello everybody,

I recently upgraded my Deutsche Telekom tariff, which is now including Spotify Premium. I already cancelled my existing Unlimited subscription, but I am not able to link my Spotify Account to Deutsche Telekom, as my account is sill subscribed as Unlimited until the end of the month. Is it possible to deactivate this subscription immediately without creating a new Spotify Account?

If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they should be able to do that for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
