Change email and try to create a new account with old email

My daughter has a spotify account but with my email adress : snip - mod

Logged ij onto her account, I changed the email adress with her email : snip - mod

It works, the profil is up to date.

Now I want to create an account FOR ME, using my email adress : snip - mod

BUT : spotify answer me that this email adress is already in use...false because I changed it !!!

Solution ???

Hi, and welcome to the community!

I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify can make sure the email is disassociated from anything in the system so you can set up a new account.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.

Sorry, the issue is over !

It works now, maybe need a little bit of time in order to remove my snip - mod from database...thanx...
