Change facebook connection for premium account

I have a rather serious problem. I have apparently made my spotify account with my facebook login. And now that I have made a new account on facebook. I would like to change the facebook account connected to my spotify.

But now I can't log in to spotify, and if I try. It asks if I'm new to spotify, or if I want log in with my user-id/number. But if I try to do so, I don't have the password to log in. I have tried every possibility with all of my passwords for every account I got anywhere on the internet. And I can't even reset it.

Hey @MagnusAllin ! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to get that moved over to your new Facebook account for you (and make sure you can access it!).

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
