Changed mail address on Facebook, hasn't updated yet on spotify

I had to change my mail address on Facebook as my Spotify is connected to Facebook. I changed my mail address over 24 hours ago, but it still hasn't updated on my Spotify account settings.

It usually takes about a week for the change to be applicated to Spotify. If the change still doesn't show up try disconnecting and reconnecting to Facebook. Here's how.

Thanks for the reply! Unfortunately my spotify account was created using Facebook, so I can't disconnect.
