Changing Facebook password does not change Spotify password

My spotify account has somehow been comprimised. I'm assuming they have gotten my email+password. I noticed because they are following a ton of playlists in another language and my recently played is full of songs I never listsned to.

My account is attached to facebook, however it still lets me login with either the facebook login option or my email and password. As it does not let me change my password due to being linked to my facebook account I tried changing my facebook password like the reset page says too do, but it does not change the password for the regular login.

The best thing to do when things like this happens is to get in contact with the Spotify Support so they can block the user who is currently using your account.
