Changing countries

Hi, 

I've recently moved to UK but my card is from Romania, so i can't use my app offline cause they don't match. How can i change the country so it'll match my card?

Hey @liviaioanaa,

Is your account's country setting set to the UK? If so, you'll only be able to use a UK payment method to subscribe to Premium.

To use your Romanian Credit Card, you need to physically be in Romania and have your account's country setting set to Romania.

Hi, 

I have the same issue but in reverse! 

I'm Australian and set up my account with an AU credit card. I now live in Norway but it seems I cannot change the card details to a Norwegian account? 

I've tried to do what's mentioned here: https://support.spotify.com/no/article/How-can-I-change-my-country-setting/ - but the country is greyed out to Australia and when I try to change the CC details, it says the CC doesn't match the country (which I want to change to Norway but can't)? How can I change the country and CC please? 🙂
