Charged 5.24 and received no premium, can't remove payment method

I'm getting pretty sick of Spotify charging my card repeatedly.

 

I have been charged 5 dollars, my last five dollars mind you, and I don't have or want Spotify Premium. If my card isn't reimbursed promptly, I will be taking matters into legal hands.

 

I also can't remove my card from the account, so why is that? Every time I try to it tells me to sign up for Spotify Premium. Like no, remove my card.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
