I was charged on August 6th for a premium subscription, 9.99 USD. My account shows no premium subscription and there was no record of it in my account history. How can this problem be solved? I have bank records to prove I've paid 3 months running. Also, the card you have listed is not the card that was charged. Anyone else have this problem? I have submitted a ticket.
