Charged for updating my billing information

Charged for updating my billing information

I updated my credit card info for billing purposes (I have premium) and was charged 9.99 by spotify immediately afterwards. I have just paid my monthly subscription of 9.99 2 days ago, so not sure what this charge is for. How can I get it refunded?

I suggest you contact support so they can help you solve this problem

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
