Charged me double than what I signed up for (student)

Charged me double than what I signed up for (student)

I signed up for the student discount, and I found out that the last four months they have been charging me double! I am on an extremely tight budget, and STILL a student. This is unacceptable. I demand a refund for over charging me not once, not twice, not even three times, but FOUR TIMES. This is illegal and an unapproved/not agreed upon charge. I never received a statement or anything of the likes that you were going to increase the charges! I feel violated and am extremely upset that this has been happening, and I wouldn't still hve known if i didn't check my statement today!

I had that happen to me because the membership expired (it was like a year later or something).  I noticed it the first month it happened & contacted customer service.  They just had me renew as a student with my student email address again & it's been back to the student price since.  

How did you contact customer service? I cannot find a link or number. I see that they can change the rate, but I want to get my money refunded that I wouldn't have normally paid. I feel they should make sure that we AT LEAST get a reminder for when the year of "college approved eligibility" expires.
