I paid for an upgrade. But apparently I have 2 accounts. One w my playlists hat I can't use. And one paid account w no playlists. Help!

Oh no! Don't worry, this is a relatively common problem and it is easily fixed. The quickest way to address it would be directly through Spotify support.

If you would like to contact Spotify support, they may be able to help you sort out the issue. If the above link tries to direct you to a guide, simply click "I Still Need Help" to be taken to a contact form. If you get an email directing you back to the Community, reply to this email (even if it is a no-reply!) and Spotify support will contact you shortly.

You can also directly message SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter to get in contact with a customer services agent.

If for some reason you don't get a response from Spotify, come back here and let me know and I can try to get you in contact 🙂
