Charged multiple times while signing up

My daughter was signing me up for the 3 months of premium for .99, and it charged her card 3 times...and i still don't have premium.

It's very likely just a pending charge if you haven't received a receipt from Spotify via Email: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/managing_payments/pending-charges/.
