Charged twice and still no premium access

Charged twice and still no premium access

Hey,

 

I've got a new credit card. So, I updated my payment method. After updating it, I've received a message that it didn't work. So, I've done it again. 

However, Spotify still received the payment even though there was this message that it didn't work. The worst thing is - I can't even access spotify premium but the money is gone.
I reckon it is a problem due to my student abo. 

Can anybody help me?
