Charged twice for Premium membership

I have been charged twice in each of the last two months for my Spotify Premium membership (JWStratton).  I noticed it last month but hoped it would only be a one time occurrence...but I don't want this problem to continue.  The receipts section on my account only shows one charge though...weird.

 

I would not normally post this type of issue to a community board, but that is what the 'contact' page asked me to do...it looked like others' problems have been resolved in this manner.  Thank you.

Hey, it looks like you've ended up with two accounts here - with a Premium subscription on both.

 

Not to worry, I've escalated this to our payments team to handle. They'll be in touch soon.
