Charged twice in June!!

Charged twice in June!!

Hello,

 

I have just noticed that on June 17th 9.99 was removed from my acount which is incorrect as I have a student premium account which entitles me to having it for 4.99 then on June 19th a further 4.99 was removed...

 

I expect the 9.99 to be refunded to my account asap this is unacceptable.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

Since this is a billing issue, you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further. Don't worry they will be able to get it sorted for you 😉 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
