Charged twice per month

Charged twice per month

I am a student. I switched to Student discount months ago. I am still charged $9.99 AND $4.99. None of my other accounts are upgraded. I cannot afford to have you take $15 every month. Please refund for the incorrect months. I have bank statements to prove this.
