I was charged twice. After I cancelled my subscription. This is insane. Case#07320086

Hey, thanks for posting in the Spotify Community. The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after canceling their Spotify subscription. If you see one in your inbox, then you may have another account besides that one that is being charged. If you didn't receive the email, then you may not have completed the cancellation. Please give that another try via your subscription page. You'll then receive a confirmation email shortly after that.
