Charged twice

I have been charged twice when I had to renew my subscription after my payment card outdated. I first updated my credit card information but still did not get premium access. After waiting for days I really wanted my playlists back and I tried signing up again. I got premium access but now it seemes I have been charged handsomely for my subscription. Would appreciate greatly if you can sort this out. My account login name is lene.lene

Hey @lenelene ! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you in getting this sorted out. If you have been billed twice its likely you have two accounts with two seperate subscriptions running.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
