Charged with Family Premium and Single Premium

Charged with Family Premium and Single Premium

Hi guys,

 

I just got charged with 9.99 for my Single Premium Account and decided to take a Family Premium Account now. So I just payed 24,98 for Spotify this month. How do I get the 9.99 refunded? Can I just pull back the money or can you refund the money to my bank account?

I recommend reaching out to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares, Facebook Page Spotify Cares, or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
