Charges made and they only see free account.

I have tried contacting spotify and have gotten no response. I have gone thru the Help section and they only see a free account. I have been charged $10.79 for 2 months now and they can't see anything but a free subscription. $20+ may not seem like much to most people, but I am being charged for something I have been trying to cancel for a few months now. The first time they said they didn't see any charges and there's nothing to end a subscription for. I am seeing the charges in my bank account and want my money back, and they haven't even tried to email me back after sending in my "contact us" request.
