Clicking "yes, cancel subscription" and nothing happens!

I am trying to cancel my spotify premium subscription and when I click "yes, cancel subscription". the options go greyed out but nothing happens. Anyone have any idea?!

That's odd. Did you subscribe to Spotify using a third party service, like for example your phone carrier? If so, you'll have to cancel through that service.

However, if you subscribed to Spotify directly, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies memory and try anew. Alternatively, you can cancel using the incognito/private window in your browser or a different browser altogether.
