Recebi 4 cobranças referente ao Premium no cartão de crédito e não estou conseguindo utilizar o prêmio, preciso ser ressarcida dos valores e utilizar o serviço. Por favor .

I'd suggest you contact support to issue a refund if you haven't been able to use Premium when you paid for it, try to explain that you've been charged four times and which account is linked to the problem.

If you receive an automated email directing you to the community and/or help boards, make sure you reply directly to that email (even if it says it is no-reply) and an agent will get back to you as soon as possible.
