I am having difficulty paying for premium account. How do I contact customer support to try to get it resolved?
All I've been able to find so far is the static page with basic steps to attempt to resolve the issue (none of which worked).

Currently it is not possible to get support from Spotify. It would be great if Spotify would offer support to user. Also it would be nice to be able to place content int the Spotify community. Currently that is not possible which defeats the perpose of a comunnity.

Why can’t I choose the songs I want to play? I understand that I’m using the free version, and usually I can select songs again the next day until I reach the limit and have to wait for the next day. But this time, I haven’t been able to choose any songs at all for several days, and even until now I still can’t select any. I can only listen using random play.
