It is ridiculous that you do not have a telephone number to contact customer service, my credit card is being charged and none of my accounts are premium nor are my wife's account. This could be cleared up with one 10 minute phone call, but instead it is probably going to take weeks to resolve. If I am charged again I will have the charges reversed and if I find out that you have been charging me for something I never agreed to then I will dispute any and all charges that I can.

Hey there! Sorry to hear you're having trouble! Have you sent an email to customer support? If not, I recommend reaching out right away. 

They can be reached through their Twitter Page @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form.

Make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify. Once you get it, make sure to reply back right away, even if it says it's from a "no-reply" email. This will assign your case to a Spotify rep and you should hear back within 24 hours.

I have picked up the case 1784354 and have sent you an email.  Could you please reply back through that thread?

I have replied and the situation is being worked, I just find it ridiculous that I cannot call. Like I said this is going to take much longer than it should because communication is through email.

I have had the same issue with you. I contacted Spotify through their contact form regarding being charged twice for my spotify account and while they responded quickly early on as soon as the topic of refunds came up they have completely ignored my emails. I have emailed them a couple of times already but still silence. Makes this seem kind of shady. I would expect better service from a startup like Spotify but if this is the type of service they are providing at this stage of their business I can only imagine how their customer service will be if they become a bigger corporation.
