Couldnot upgrade to Premium

Couldnot upgrade to Premium

I am in Singapore where Spotify has just launched. I have finished my 48 hour trial and now I want to get Premium account which there is a 30 day trial now. They asked me to enter my Zip code. I did click on the box and intended to enter but it said Invalid Zip Code even I have not entered anything. And I tried to enter later on and tried to click Continue button but no action. Until now I can't get my Premium account done. Anyone can tell me what I need to do now?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

I would suggest you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to look into this a little closer for you. Sounds like there might be a validation issue with your postcode. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
